Triton Titanium Site

We successfully delivered the demolition of the former Triton Titanium facility on Callywhite Lane, a project valued at £200,000. The works involved the careful dismantling of industrial structures, removal of redundant plant, and full site clearance to prepare the land for future development.

A major component of the project was the use of a 50-ton excavator, equipped with heavy-duty hydraulic attachments, to safely bring down the main steel-framed and concrete sections of the facility. This high-capacity machine allowed us to efficiently tackle the largest structural elements while maintaining complete control throughout the demolition sequence.

Delivered over a planned three-month programme, the project was completed one week ahead of schedule thanks to efficient resource planning, experienced machine operators, and seamless on-site coordination. Safety, environmental compliance, and precision remained at the forefront of the operation from start to finish.
