Hookstone Group was awarded the full “Shell and Core” strip out and demolition package of 150 bedrooms and associated en-suite bathrooms, 12 kitchen areas and 12 Communal areas. This also included the demolition of 6 internal staircases, across all three floors. A challenging project that was completed 6 days ahead of schedule.
