Following the success of the former council offices on George St, we were approached to undertake the demolition and strip out of the larger council offices on the same round, for a top 10 construction company.
The 12 month programme involved the strip out across all 6 floors, and the demolition of the entire two top floors to enable them to build from it.
A challenging scheme which involved complex logistics and demolition plans to ensure the programme was maintained. Demolition works completed in August 2022
