Leeds Emergency Fire Response

We were engaged by the Leeds Fire Brigade to respond to an emergency following a fire at a property in Leeds. Over a 24-hour period, our team made the building safe, carried out sympathetic demolition, and liaised closely with the client to manage the immediate aftermath.

Given the location of the property in a residential area, a key focus was protecting neighbours and the public. The team implemented strict exclusion zones, monitored dust and debris, and maintained clear communication with adjacent property owners to reassure them and keep them informed throughout the works.

The project required rapid assessment, precise planning, and careful execution to secure the structure and surrounding area while minimizing further damage. Our team focused on preserving salvageable elements and ensuring the site was safe for ongoing investigations or repairs.
