Kingsgate Shopping Centre

We successfully delivered a complex programme of structural alterations, Brokk demolition, and cut-and-carve works at the Kingsgate Shopping Centre, a project valued at £300,000 over a six-month period.

The project involved extensive internal modifications, including the selective removal of structural elements, creation of new openings, and reconfiguration of internal spaces to support ongoing redevelopment. The works were carried out using Brokk robotic demolition machines, which allowed for precise, safe, and low-vibration removal of concrete and steel within confined areas of the live shopping centre.

Our engineering team designed and implemented bespoke temporary works and structural supports to maintain the stability of the building throughout the programme. Close coordination with centre management ensured minimal disruption to tenants and the public.
