At Hookstone Group, we are well-versed in large-scale projects. This is one such project we were recently engaged with.
The project required the demolition of the top floor of a building in Leeds which it was necessary to perform in three phases: strip out of the former council offices as Principle Contractor, removal of the ground floor slab in its entirety to facilitate piling system and finally the demolition of the entire top floor and plant room to enable the construction of another 2 floors.
This was a huge project that required many man-hours and meticulous planning. We’re extremely pleased with the result we were able to achieve and with an excellent recycling rate. Performed on time and to budget.
